What is a literature mind map?
A literature mind map is a graphic representation that visually synthesizes and organizes the different concepts, ideas, and relationships that stem from the central theme: literature.
Its branches display the key points that you consider relevant to the central theme, with the aim of expanding and visually presenting all the characteristics, elements, and aspects related to literature.
For this article, I will provide you with a description of the literature mind map that I have created. This way, you will be able to download it and use it as a guide, while also giving you a clear idea of how you can create your own mind map.
How to make a literature mind map:
1. Define the central theme: The central theme of the mind map should be literature.
2. Identify the main branches: The main branches of the mind map can be the different literary genres (narrative, lyric, and dramatic), literary movements (classicism, romanticism, realism, modernism, etc.) or literary figures (metaphor, simile, hyperbole, personification, etc.).
3. Add sub-branches and details: You can add specific sub-branches and details to each main branch. For example, in the narrative genre branch, you can add sub-branches such as short story, novel, legend, fable, etc.
4. Use colors and images: To make a mind map more attractive and easy to remember, it is necessary to use different colors in each branch and as many images as possible, one for each word that can give it a greater meaning.
